PATENTED DUAL ZONE FURNACE
Our unique dual temperature zone furnace design assures complete combustion of carbon and nitrogen containing species while preserving catalyst lifetime. The design also increases catalyst service life by reducing sulfur and halogen poisoning through elimination of direct physical contact between the sample and the catalyst.
SIMULTANEOUS NITROGEN MEASUREMENT OPTION
TRL Instruments online TOC enables simultaneous TC and TNb measurements with its optional TN module. While the standard proprietary catalyst serves for the combustion of both carbon and nitrogen containing species via the high temperature catalytic oxidation (HTCO) technique, an additional NDIR detector configured for NO detection accounts for the nitrogen content in the sample.
EASE OF MAINTENANCE & LOW COST OF OPERATION
Design of TRL-online TOC analyzer simplifies maintenance. Software generates warning messages for routine maintenance needs allowing the operator to recognize, remotely and take action in time. Maintenance and adjustment requirements are collected in a panel for easy access to each component.
Long catalyst service life as well as extended life of consumable items allow maintenance free 80 days operation, based on hourly monitoring.
EFFORTLESS TOUCHSCREEN OPERATION
Users can access analyzer parameters and functions, perform calibrations and collect, view, and save data through the touchscreen panel. User categories with different levels of access to software functionality can be defined for varying roles within the institution using the instrument. All analyzer events during operation and any changes made to modifiable parameters are logged. Data can easily be viewed in a graphical trend on-screen.
